Submission Guidelines for Science Fiction

In addition to the general submission policy, science fiction manuscripts submitted to Cordelia Press must follow the guidelines listed below:

✓Post-apocalyptic fiction is a staple in science fiction. However, we are not interested in post-apocalyptic manuscripts which explain in detail how our present society has caused the apocalypse--save the sermons for the inspirational line.
✓If your storyalso fits into another genre (fantasy, historical, etc), you may submit to either line. Please do not submit to both lines—if the Senior Editor feels it requires the attention of another editor, the editor will pass the manuscript along.
